Kids for Mission

About:

Kids for Mission (KFM) is a charitable program organized by catechism students with the help of teachers and parents at Holy Family Syro-Malabar Catholic Church, Phoenix AZ. The Mission provides the kids with opportunities to practice their faith and apply the knowledge they learned from their catechism classes.

Members:

All CCD students are members of the Mission.

Projects:

Every year, the Mission takes on one or two projects and works the entire year for the accomplishment of the task. The kids raise funds through food sales, car washes, and donations from CCD kids and kind-hearted parishioners. This year’s (2017-18) Mission is to provide 5000 Holy Bibles to a remote village in India and build a house for a homeless family in Angamaly, Ernakulum Dt.
